    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Senate Bill No. 508--A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, by adding thereto a new section, designated §60-3A-3a; and to amend and reenact §60-3A-4 of said code, all relating to liquor sampling; adding definitions; authorizing liquor sampling on Class A retail licenses; and penalties.
